Green Schools Challenge Entries Are In - Vote on FB!

The Louisiana Green Schools Challenge entries are in!

This semester has worked out in an unexpected way so we changed the format to be easier for schools to get recognition for what they were able to accomplish. We want to thank each teacher who helps bring great environmentally-minded projects to life with their students. We received nine entries this year. Click here for a compilation of the entries.

We have a total of 5 Elkay EZH2O bottle-filling stations to award. One will be awarded to the school with the most LIKEs on Facebook by Earth Day, Wed. 22 at 5pm. We will conduct a random drawing to award the remaining 4 bottle-filling stations.

Vote for the 2019 - 2020 Green Schools Challenge People’s Choice Award! Voting closes at 5 pm on Earth Day, Wednesday, April 22! A winner announcement will be posted roughly 30 minutes later, at 5:30 on Wednesday. All LIKEs count for one (1) point towards the People's Choice Award. All LIKES must be done on the original post in order to count. We consider all emojis a LIKE on the photo. Please DO NOT SHARE the post with your friends, instead use the individual hashtag code on the post for the school to get people directly to this post and ask them to vote here. Tagging people in these comments is another good way to spread the word. The post with the most LIKEs will win an Elkay EZH2O bottle-filling station for their school. An alphabetical list of 2020 entries with individual hashtag is below.
