Power Dialog: Climate Solutions for Louisiana

Solve Climate By 2030 is a project of the Graduate Programs in Sustainability at Bard College. They have put together a Virtual Teach-in on Climate Solutions and Justice. University and high school students across the nation, along with community groups like ours, will tune into 52 simultaneous, university-hosted state-wide webinars on an issue critical to their future: how ambitious state and local action can put us on the way to solving climate change by 2030.

Tulane University’s Office of Sustainability along with the ByWater Institute will host the Louisiana portion of this nationwide discussion.

How can the state of Louisiana address climate change and create job opportunities for our young people? Can we do business in a cleaner and greener way? What can the state of Louisiana do to keep our young people in our state? Our experts will each suggest an important action of interest to Louisiana students.
