Our Mission is to transform the way buildings and communities are designed, built and operated, enabling an environmentally and socially responsible, healthy and prosperous Louisiana. We do this through education, advocacy, research, and service.

Open to employees of a company that is a current  member of USGBC National. 
You will need your  company’s USGBC member ID number.

Allied
  • Emerging professionals - Those who have been in the design industry for seven years or less / those who have graduated from a degree or certificate program within the past 7 years. Must provide date of graduation
  • Employees of nonprofit organizations
  • Educators - must have a .edu email address
  • Students - Full-time college students - must have a .edu email address
  • Retired professionals

All of the above are paying memberships that provide support to the chapter and have member benefits associated with them. The term of membership is a calendar year, January 1 - December 31. USGBC Louisiana is a 501(c)(3) organization and membership dues are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
